At Blessed Joy Midwifery Birth Center, we believe whole-body support makes a powerful difference during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Alongside midwifery care, here are some additional supports we love to recommend for our families:

 Pelvic Floor Therapy

Did you know pelvic floor therapy can be done during pregnancy? It can help improve mobility, reduce tension, encourage efficient pushing, and may even help shorten labor by teaching the muscles how to relax as well as strengthen. This can also be done before and after pregnancy to help with multiple situations.

 Doulas

Continuous emotional, physical, and informational support during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum.

 Massage Therapy

Supports relaxation, reduces discomfort, and improves circulation.

 Chiropractic Care

Encourages optimal alignment and balance, creating more space for baby to move into a good position.
