Today was a very fulfilling day in the life of a Midwife. Postpartum visit with a repeat client, seeing her baby thriving, growing, and succeeding so well with breastfeeding. Always satisfying!

Talking with first time parents about the upcoming birth- processing feelings, plans for birth support, and extended family relationships.

Another we processed her last birth with us, and discussed ways to prepare for the intense sensations that encompass labor and birth.

All interactions involved hands on pregnant bellies, laughs, serious moments, and a variety of topics all over the map of subjects!
